As the Owner and CEO of GoWomen, Founder and President of Stars Performing Arts Inc., and Tamika Joy Academy LLC, she not only stands as a vocal powerhouse but also extends her influence across various artistic realms.

Tamika's enthralling journey into music commenced within the nurturing embrace of the church, where her innate gift for singing surfaced at the tender age of 3. Fueled by the legendary Whitney Houston, Tamika fostered an enduring love for music, showcasing an extraordinary 5-octave range that distinguishes her as an unparalleled artist.

A dedicated mother to six beautiful children, Tamika seamlessly navigated behind-the-scenes roles, contributing through background vocals, consulting, and managing her children's careers, including DJ Cash and singer TreasureJoy.

In 2005, Tamika claimed the title of the 1st lady of DC's legendary go-go band Junkyard, simultaneously serving as the casting director for Chuck Brown's video "Block Party," highlighting her versatility in the industry.
